As an NLP Business Coach, I start from the premise that my clients already have all the answers they need; they just don’t know that they do.
All of us have a wealth of experience behind us; we have all learnt many lessons and solved many problems. Consciously, we’ve forgotten much of it. Unconsciously we’ve forgotten nothing.
What I do as a coach, is to show my clients how to re-access that information and apply it to their current circumstances.
Because everyone’s past experiences are unique, the skills and lessons that my clients draw upon are never the same, and so the solutions to their problems are always individual to them.
